My Top 5 Wellness Gifts for Busy Moms
If there’s one thing I’ve learned as a first-time mom, it’s that sometimes my own wellness and self care often slips to the bottom of the to-do list.
My whole adult life taking care of my own needs came naturally. I never had to “remember” to eat, rest, or take care of myself. But when I became a mom it was too easy to forget about myself (not that that’s always a bad thing!) and I really had to prioritize time to take care of my own wellness.

That’s why I’m so passionate about finding simple, realistic ways to feel good and stay healthy despite the demands of motherhood. I’m sharing five wellness gifts for busy moms that I actually use and love. Things that have helped me feel more nourished, rested, and like myself again.
Whether you’re shopping for a new mom, your best friend, or yourself (because let’s be honest, we all deserve a little self-care), these wellness gift ideas genuinely make a difference, and they actually work!
Wellness Gifts for Busy Moms- My Top Picks
For the mom who wants to reduce EMF exposure: Aries Tech Lifetune One

As someone who is very cautious when it comes to EMF exposure, I try to avoid using my phone around my daughter whenever possible. Children with growing brains are especially affected by EMF radiation. But despite my best efforts sometimes I get “nap trapped” and I need to answer an email, text, or order groceries and diapers on my phone.
It’s during these moments I’m grateful for my Aires Tech Lifetune One. It’s a small sticker I have on my phone (and my other devices like Kindle, laptop etc) that neutralizes the negative effects of EMF radiation. I’ve been using Aires for several years now and I gifted it to my parents last year because it truly works!
(Check out some of the visual proof here if you don’t believe me.)
Aries Lifetune One would make a great gift for the wellness minded mom who wants to reduce EMF exposure for her and her littles and feel extra peace of mind. You can use my code FITANDWELL30 for a discount.
For the mom who needs extra rest and recovery: Therasage Red Light Therapy

Let’s be honest EVERY mom needs extra rest and recovery! That’s where red light therapy comes in.
Red light has been well studied to show it has many benefits, even beyond recovery like wound healing, pain relief, reducing inflammation, hair growth, anti-aging and more. Personally I’ve found red light therapy incredibly helpful for soothing sore muscles, helping me wind down from an overstimulating day, and even easing clogged ducts from nursing.
I love the Tri-Lite Panels from Therasage because they are 3rd party tested for safety and performance. They are high irradiance, low EMF, portable, and flexible so I can use them however I need!

For the mom who wants to get back to her fitness routine: Conqueror Virtual Challenge

I’ve been slowly getting back into my regular fitness routine since becoming a mom. Regular exercise is so important for my physical health AND mental wellbeing.
For Christmas this year I requested a new Conqueror Challenge entry because it’s a fantastic way to stay motivated with your fitness routine. I think any fitness minded mom would love one too!
With Conqueror Virtual Challenges you get to choose your challenge, track your progress and reach milestones in the app, and earn an absolutely awesome medal when you finish your goal! In the past I completed all of the Lord of the Rings challenges (big LOTR nerd over here) but you can choose from iconic landmarks like Mt Everest, explore cities like Rome, or follow the paths of your favorite heroes like Frodo and Harry Potter.
For the mom who needs extra nourishment: Just Ingredients

Pregnancy, birth, and breastfeeding leave mothers depleted nutritionally so giving the gift of high quality real food supplements that nourish the body make a great wellness gift for busy moms!
Personally I’ve been using Just Ingredients for years and feel like their supplements have helped me tremendously both early postpartum and now as I’m trying to rebuild.
Why do I recommend Just Ingredients for busy moms when there’s SO many other competitors? Just Ingredients uses real, whole food ingredients in their products. Their products are never synthetic or artificial. They don’t include fillers or natural sweeteners. Just real nutrition that women need. Every product is third party tested for purity and safety too.
My favorites and most used items are the whey protein powder and electrolytes, both of which taste amazing. I also use and love their vitamin/mineral supplements including magnesium, omega-3, prenatal, and vitamin C.

For the mom who wants to avoid blue light: Block Blue Light glasses

As a new mom I cherish my time with my daughter but I also cherish time to unwind in the evenings with a good book on my Kindle. However, I noticed that when I would read my Kindle at night I would often have a hard time falling asleep after. I decided to get myself some blue light blocking glasses to reduce and block the blue light exposure at night and it was a gamechanger!
Blue light is something we can’t totally escape from in this modern world, but it can have negative effects like messing with our circadian rhythm and sleep. Moms need all the help they can get in the sleep department which is why I think a pair of blue blocking glasses would make a great gift!
I got my glasses from Block Blue Light and I was even able to get them in my prescription. I use them every night when I look at screens or my Kindle (even a Kindle in dark mode will still emit blue light) and I’ve been loving them.
Wrapping It Up (Pun Intended)
I hope you found my picks helpful! At the end of the day, the best wellness gifts for busy moms are the ones that make her feel seen and supported. Whether it’s a few quiet minutes with red light therapy, a nourishing protein shake, or something that simply encourages her to slow down, these small rituals can make a big difference!
As a first-time mom, I’ve learned that wellness doesn’t have to be elaborate. It just has to be consistent and meaningful. So if you’re gifting one of these ideas to someone you love or treating yourself (because you deserve it too!), I hope these tried-and-true favorites bring more balance and joy into your everyday life.
