Are you aware that the devices we use every day (phones, laptops, tablets, headphones, smart watches etc) give off electric magnetic radiation? (Also known as EMFs)

Since we live in a society where we constantly have our phones on us, or we may be surrounded by large cell towers or power lines, we are constantly and consistently being exposed to EMFs. If you live in regular society it’s pretty much unavoidable.

Some studies suggest that over time this may cause health issues and cell damage. 5G in particular has some scary health concerns. Europe has done some recent studies and the findings are NOT great. How does LifeTune work?

Which models do you recommend?

I personally would recommend the Lifetune One stickers and putting them on the electronic devices you use the most. What else can you do to reduce EMF exposure?

Although I’m SO grateful for some extra peace of mind by using Aires Tech to reduce the negatives of EMF, I don’t consider it a catch all or excuse to not practice other safe EMF habits. Besides using EMF protection tech, you can do the following to reduce EMF exposure:

• Keep your phone on airplane mode when not in use and especially if you are going to keep your phone on you, like in your pocket.
• Turn your WiFi router off at night. (We have ours set to a timer.)
• Keep your WiFi router out of the bedroom and if possible far away from common living spaces.
• Avoid or reduce overuse of Bluetooth headphones and devices. (Example-keeping your AirPods in ALL DAY is not a great idea.)
• Keep your phones in a separate room to charge at night-not on your nightstand. Turn on Airplane mode if possible.
• Avoid using a microwave and unplug it if not in use.
• Avoid filling your home with smart devices-Alexa, Google Home, smart plugs etc.
• If you use a smart watch or Fitbit don’t sleep with it.
• Avoid making phone calls in the car.
• Use the speaker function of your phone rather than putting it up to your ear.
• Consider using EMF blocking blankets if you like to work with your computer on your lap.
