Life is busy. We work, we go to school, we commute, we have friends to see and family to attend to, we have a million things on our to-do list. I get it. I’m right there with you.
You already know that working out is important. It’s finding the time that is tricky. But guess what? Everyone has 10 minutes of spare time. Trust me, you do. Spend 5 minutes less glued to your social media apps, and 5 minutes less watching TV and voilà! You just gained 10 minutes of precious time.
It’s A Fast Workout Anyone Can Do
Congratulations! Now that you’ve found 10 minutes, do your body a favor and try this workout. You don’t need equipment, you don’t need much space, you just need a little motivation!

That’s it! If the numbers seem a little daunting to do all at once, you are welcome to break it up any way you like.
The only rule is you finish in under 10 minutes.
Because after all, that’s probably all the time you have.
