Dark Chocolate Cranberry Protein Muffins

PROTEIN MUFFINS! I love these things. Delicious, nutritious, and full of protein to help muscles grow! I enjoy them for a quick breakfast, snack, and guilt free desert!


  • 1 C oat flour
  • 1/3 C coconut flour
  • 1/3 C chocolate PB2
  • 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 packets stevia
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 C almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 C natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 C egg whites
  • 1 egg


Mix all the ingredients together and pour into lined muffin tins. Sprinkle dark chocolate chips and dried cranberries on top. Bake for 16-19 min @350. Let cool for 5-10 min and enjoy! Makes about 12 muffins. NOMNOM!
