Do you struggle to eat enough green things?
I know I do. That’s why I decided to invest in a greens supplement to make up for any gaps in my nutrition.
I went for Amazing Grass Green Superfood, it seemed to have everything I was looking for since it’s organic and has a blend of 7 awesome veggies like wheat grass, spirulina, and broccoli. It also contains a superfood blend with ingredients like acai, maca, and green tea.
I ordered it on Amazon and it came a quick two days later. (Thank goodness for prime!)
If you’ve tried a green supplement before, they aren’t the tastiest.
Pretty much the only way to take them is mixed in a protein shake or bake them in your treats.
I decided to try the latter!
The color wasn’t the most glamorous, but don’t let it fool you. They were tasty!
These banana chocolate chip muffins are made with whole wheat flour, some oats, and naturally sweetened with raw honey.
Besides all the goodness you get from the greens, you’re also getting fiber, omega 3s, and antioxidants from chia seeds and antibacterial antiviral protection from the raw honey.
Enjoy them for breakfast, a snack or dessert.
These made the perfect mid morning snack. They kept me full for a couple hours!
Hope you enjoy!
